The Watch

The Earnshaw watchmaking house presents its ES-8006-01 from the Longitude collection - a piece inspired by the navigators who once charted the world's oceans. Thomas Earnshaw crafted marine chronometers that revolutionized ocean navigation, and this watch pays tribute to that legacy. In 1805, his work was recognized by the Board of Longitude. This timepiece features a round case measuring 44 mm in diameter and 14 mm thick in a silver tone, designed for men who appreciate a clean, design-forward aesthetic. The dial is protected by a mineral crystal that shields against shocks and scratches. A crown at three o'clock allows you to set the hands. The transparent screw-down case back lets you watch the stunning rotor in motion.

The Dial

What makes this watch truly special is its dial. Round and grey, it features a skeleton finish that puts the automatic movement on full display. Two blue hands at the center indicate the hours and minutes, while Roman numeral indices around the dial give it a distinctive, original character. Three sub-dials round out the complications: a 12-hour counter at nine o'clock for a second time zone, a sun indicator at six o'clock, and a moon phase display at twelve o'clock. These features are essential for maritime navigation - a nod to the brand's core inspiration. Earnshaw signs its name at the three o'clock index.

The Movement

This watch is powered by an automatic movement that drives the hour and minute hands, as well as the various sub-dials, with reliability and precision. The skeleton finish adds undeniable charm - paired with the transparent case back, it lets you appreciate the movement in full.

The Strap

The strap on this watch is crafted from leather in black, featuring a crocodile-pattern finish that adds a modern yet timeless edge. Black stitching provides additional texture and detail. Water Resistance
