The Watch

Today, Humbert unveils the exquisite HD1 «Duchesse» Watch, a limited edition of 200 pieces. It features a cushion-shaped case in 316L stainless steel with a PVD treatment, measuring 43 mm in diameter and 13.5 mm thick - dimensions that sit beautifully on men's wrists. The PVD-treated screw-down case is topped by a mineral glass crystal, revealing the beauty of the watch's green dial. A black screw-down crown at 3 o'clock, protected by a crown guard, lets you set the central hands with ease. The screw-down transparent caseback lets you admire the movement in action while ensuring water resistance to 10 ATM.

The Dial

Round in shape and dressed in a vivid green sunray-finish dial, this timepiece brings a welcome burst of color to its grey case. Silver-toned time markers add elegance to the overall look, while an open-heart complication at 12 o'clock completes the design with a captivating glimpse of the movement in action. Time is told by two sword-shaped hands and a slender seconds hand, all treated with Luminova for reliable legibility even in low light. Hour markers include grey baton indexes and Arabic numerals, while the minutes are shown by a railroad track surrounded by a graduation on the outer edge. As with most great watch brands, Humbert Droz signs its model at 6 o'clock.

The Movement

This watch is powered by an automatic ETA 2824 movement assembled in France - delivering a 38-hour power reserve, 25 jewels, and oscillating at 28,800 BPH to drive the analog display with smooth precision.

The Strap

This exquisite strap is crafted from genuine alligator leather and features a small French flag detail. Its rich brown tone pairs effortlessly with any outfit. Fastened with a stainless steel deployant clasp, it combines style with security. The lug width measures 24 mm.

Water Resistance

Water-resistant to 100 meters - or 10 ATM in watchmaking terms - this confident timepiece is equally at home at a black-tie gala and in the water. Feel free to wear it in the shower, the bath, or while swimming (even intense laps). That said, our watchmaking experts want to be clear: this watch is not designed for scuba diving, freediving, or high-pressure washers. The golden rule: shower, bath, and swimming only - and never operate the pushers or crown while submerged.
