The Watch

Now discontinued, Baume & Mercier presents their Clifton Baumatic watch. This refined and precise timepiece features a polished and satin-finished steel case in a round shape, measuring 40mm in diameter with a 11.1mm thickness. It fits all men's wrists. The watch is protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal - prized by the world's finest watchmakers for its scratch resistance and lasting durability. The crown is positioned at 3 o'clock, and the screwed caseback is transparent, ensuring water resistance to 50 meters.

The Dial

The dial is round and features a stunning blue finish - both lacquered and gradient. At its center, three rhodium-plated alpha hands in silver-tone indicate the hours, minutes, and seconds. A minute track runs along the dial's edge, marked by riveted applied indexes. A date window sits at 3 o'clock, aligned with the crown. The brand's signature appears just below 12 o'clock.

The Movement

An automatic movement powers this model. Swiss-made, it guarantees reliability and precision. The movement runs on a Baumatic BM13-1975A caliber - COSC certified - beating at 28,800 vph/4.0 Hz with 21 jewels. It drives the hours, minutes, and seconds hands with effortless fluidity, and can be admired through the sapphire crystal exhibition caseback.

The Bracelet

In keeping with the dial's aesthetic, this model features a polished and satin-finished steel bracelet, entirely in gray. It fastens with a triple folding clasp fitted with a safety lock, so you'll never risk losing this beautiful piece of jewelry.

Water Resistance

With 5 ATM water resistance (50 meters), this watch is your first step into the world of water-resistant timepieces. While not designed for swimming, bathing, or diving, you can safely forget to take it off in the shower. That said, our experts recommend keeping it dry to preserve its movement for years to come.
