Unveiled at We Love Watches 2025, the Reef 39.5 mm Blue Coral is the result of an exclusive collaboration between Formex and Ocarat. Limited to just 50 numbered pieces, this watch is a truly rare find - made for passionate collectors and enthusiasts alike.

Each dial is a unique creation shaped by nature in Sumatra, Indonesia, where ancient coral reefs lay preserved beneath volcanic ash for nearly 20 million years. Over that vast span of time, silica gradually replaced calcium carbonate, giving the coral its exceptional textures and hues. This journey back to nature transforms every watch into an extraordinary piece, marrying millions of years of history with contemporary watchmaking elegance.

The watch is defined by its round case in 316L stainless steel, measuring 39.50 mm in diameter and 11.00 mm thick, delivering a look that is both robust and refined. The case combines a brushed and polished finish, showcasing Formex's expertise in premium watchmaking.
It is fitted with a unidirectional ceramic bezel and a screw-down crown.

The Dial

The dial of this exceptional piece is crafted from fossilized coral, making every dial one of a kind. Its surface is a design statement in its own right, set off by luminescent hands and indices in SuperLuminova BG W9 that guarantee perfect legibility even in low-light conditions. The dial features a date window, subtly integrated to preserve the overall aesthetic balance. Anti-scratch and anti-reflective treated sapphire crystal provides not only optimal protection but also unmatched visual comfort, free from any distracting glare.
