The Watch
French watchmaker Herbelin brings this stunning timepiece into its iconic Newport collection. A perfect expression of elegance and refinement, the 1658AP89GD beautifully commemorates the collection's thirtieth anniversary. While the nods to the original watch are unmistakable, this Newport boldly steps into a new generation. The maritime spirit lives on - but in a thoroughly modern form. The architecture has evolved: the stainless steel case has been polished and faceted to catch every shift of light. At 35mm in diameter, it sits beautifully on a distinguished woman's wrist. A sapphire crystal with scratch-resistant properties shields the dial's timekeeping indicators. An automatic movement brings them to life, enclosed at the back of the watch behind a transparent caseback secured with screws - offering a captivating view of the oscillating rotor. Take control of time with the finely notched crown positioned at three o'clock.

The Dial
This watch features a clean, refined look that lets the dial shine through its iridescent reflections. Dressed in genuine white mother-of-pearl, it tells the time with effortless elegance. Two dauphine hands and a seconds hand sweep above its surface - the first two marking hours and minutes, while the third tracks the seconds. A minute railway track and slender boat-hull-shaped indices near the dial's edge provide excellent readability. Two of these indices are set with a total of 0.02 carats of diamonds - four stones positioned at six and twelve o'clock, lending the dial a sophisticated finish. A rectangular date window at three o'clock displays the current date, advancing each night at midnight.

The Movement
Powered by an automatic movement, French watchmaker Herbelin partners with Swiss manufacturer ETA to house a caliber 11 1/2 2824 at the heart of this Newport. This movement drives the hours, minutes, and seconds hands as well as the date window, delivering a 38-hour power reserve.

The Strap

Water Resistance
