Ocarat is proud to present its new HD11 collection through this stunning "Germinal" timepiece. Paying homage to French republican history, it bears the name of the seventh month of the Revolutionary Calendar - the month of seed germination and rising sap. A seamless fusion of watchmaking, poetry, and heritage, it is the chic and elegant accent that will elevate your look day and night, keeping perfect time through every adventure. A pure expression of innovation, refinement, and authenticity, it will find its rightful place on your wrist at every turn. Designed to adorn men's wrists with effortless style, its cushion-shaped case is crafted in black PVD 316L stainless steel with a polished/brushed finish that highlights its sleek profile and beautiful color. It measures 44 mm in width and 13.50 mm in thickness - ideal proportions for all-day comfort. The case houses at 3 o'clock a carbon black screw-down crown with a crown guard for easy time and date adjustment. The dial is shielded against shocks and scratches by a domed sapphire crystal. This is encircled by a black bezel secured by four visible screws, adding a refined and sophisticated detail to the overall design. This timepiece is water resistant to 100 meters, ensured by its screw-down case back featuring a transparent display through which the movement can be admired.

The Dial

Featuring a sunray dark green dial of round shape, this timepiece will captivate you from the very first glance, lending your wrist an understated touch of refinement. It is enhanced by brushed lines that give it a subtler, more sophisticated look. A slim arrow-tipped seconds hand leads the way, followed by two baton hands marking the passage of hours, minutes, and seconds. All three are fitted with a Luminova coating for exceptional legibility in low-light conditions. The outer edge houses a minute railroad track graduated with lines and dots, accompanied every 5 minutes by minute markers on the grey rehaut for even clearer timekeeping. The hours are indicated by baton indexes, except at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock which are marked with Arabic numerals. A date window at 3 o'clock features a white background with black Arabic numerals. Finally, Humbert-Droz signs the dial below 12 o'clock and notes the movement type near 6 o'clock.

The Movement

To power its creation, Humbert-Droz chose a high-quality automatic movement delivering exceptional performance and reliability. More specifically, it features the caliber G100, ensuring precise and dependable timekeeping day after day, with fluid hand movement and accurate date display. This Franco-Swiss mechanism with 24 jewels offers a power reserve of 68 hours and beats at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). It is manufactured in Switzerland by the renowned La Joux-Perret manufacture and assembled by Humbert-Droz watchmakers at their workshops in Besançon.

The Strap

Comfortable and pleasant to wear, a bovine leather strap wraps elegantly around both sides of the case, lending the whole a sophisticated, modern character. It is enhanced by a black color with tone-on-tone stitching and a carbon-pattern finish for a stunning look on the wrist. Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. Yes - this is a truly water-resistant watch! Ready to dive into aquatic adventures with you, it handles everything from puddles to the pool without breaking a sweat. Shower, bath, and recreational swimming? No problem. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want you to know that while this model is water resistant, it is not designed for diving (recreational or professional) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding crown or pusher operation while submerged.
