The Watch

U-Boat, a watchmaking brand specializing in marine-inspired timepieces for over 20 years, presents the U-47 AS 2 8106 from the Classico collection. Its vintage look and impressive specs are sure to win you over - the AISI 316L stainless steel case measures 47 mm in diameter, a size that naturally appeals to men's wrists. Protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, this model benefits from optimal protection. At 9 o'clock, a screw-down winding crown is secured by a patented protection device. With a screw-down, partially transparent case back, this watch delivers water resistance to 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters!

The Dial

Featuring a yellow dial with contrasting black elements that pop against the background. At the center, three baton hands in yellow and black take pride of place, indicating hours, minutes, and seconds across the dial. All hands are fitted with a luminescent section for optimal legibility in low-light conditions. Hour indices are represented by batons, along with 2 Arabic numerals (4 and 8), while the 12 o'clock position features a U, the brand's initial. Rounding out the dial, a black date window sits at 3 o'clock. The brand signs its model with its logo beneath the "U" at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

This superb timepiece is powered by a Swiss automatic movement caliber U-47 with 26 jewels, crafted in-house. Beating at 28,800 oscillations per hour, it drives the three hands and the date window. With a power reserve of 44 hours, this watch is ready for every adventure.

The Strap

Fitted with a beautiful dark brown leather strap that's laser-cut and hand-crafted from calfskin by a skilled artisan, using traditional artisanal treatment techniques to achieve an aged, vintage look. The pin buckle clasp keeps it secure wherever you go. The strap features a 22 mm lug width, making it compatible with all wrist sizes.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance to 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - a genuinely water-resistant watch. Ready to dive into any aquatic adventure with you, from puddles to the pool, it handles swimming without missing a beat. Showers, baths, and serious laps are all fair game. That said, Ocarat's watch experts want you to know: this model is water-resistant but not suited for diving (professional or recreational), and should not be used near high-pressure cleaning equipment.
