Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To make the process easier, we offer a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package - letting you drop it off at any post office or schedule a pickup directly from your mailbox.
If you'd like an exchange, once we receive your return, you'll get a store credit for the full amount within 2 to 5 days to place a new order.
If you'd like a refund, once we receive your return, you'll be reimbursed within 7 to 15 days, depending on your payment method.
