The Watch

Edox is a watchmaking brand founded in 1884 by Christian Rüefli Flury, a master watchmaker from Grenchen, Switzerland. Its round case measures 45 mm in diameter with a thickness of 15 mm, crafted in titanium - a material as strong as steel but significantly lighter - for lasting durability. It features a grey PVD treatment and a sapphire crystal protecting the dial from shocks. The case is framed by a rose-tone bezel matched with three buttons on the right side: a knurled crown for a secure grip, and two pushers - one oversized - to control the central functions. Finally, this model weighs 118 g and features an engraved, screw-secured case back for water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

Inspired by the dashboards of racing cars, this dial delivers razor-sharp timekeeping at a glance. It is framed by a black inner bezel displaying a tachymeter scale, edged by a thin rose-tone circle. Just inside, a minute track runs along a sunray grey background with Arabic numerals marking the hours at 4, 5, 7, and 8 o'clock. Three hands sweep over a black center section for precise readability. The fine rose-tone seconds hand tracks both the running seconds and the chronograph function. The long and short black hands display the minutes and hours respectively, coated with Super-LumiNova - as are the hour markers - for optimal legibility in low light. Two additional sub-dials at 3 and 9 o'clock display 1/10th of a second and 30 minutes of the chronograph. A large retrograde counter indicates the day of the week in English. The water resistance rating and collection name appear at the bottom. Near 6 o'clock, a large date window sits above the Swiss Made inscription. Finally, the brand's hourglass logo and name are signed at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

This timepiece runs on a Swiss-made quartz movement - specifically the Edox caliber 38s based on the Ronda 8020 N, produced in-house. It delivers excellent resistance to vibration and guarantees enhanced accuracy across all functions.

The Strap

This strap works with any outfit. Crafted from rubber, it offers both flexibility and resilience under extreme conditions. With a lug width of 23 mm, it provides all-day wearing comfort. This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - and it means business.
