The Watch

The watchmaking brand Perrelet has been around for 250 years. The founder's passion for the intricate art of watchmaking lives on in every creation, each crafted and assembled with the utmost care. Since its founding, the brand has never stopped pushing the boundaries of horology, delivering classic yet timeless timepieces. Through its Weekend collection, defined by a distinct retro flair, the brand unveils this A1302/8 model that will look stunning on any wrist. It features a round case in stainless steel measuring 39 mm in diameter and 9.60 mm thick, topped with a sapphire crystal for outstanding scratch resistance. To the right, a grooved crown provides a comfortable grip for setting the time. Finally, the movement is showcased through a transparent screw-down caseback ensuring 5 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

This open-heart dial invites watch lovers to admire the miniature mechanical heart of this piece. Set against a green background with a sunray finish that adds brilliance, the dial features three silver hands displaying the hours, minutes, and seconds. They point to a minute railroad track and doubled baton indices at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock on the dial's circumference. All in silver tones, they are positioned to make time-reading effortless. Finally, the brand places its signature below 12 o'clock.

The Movement

Perrelet watches are synonymous with precision, reliability, and performance. True to form, this model is powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement from their own manufacture - specifically the P-391 caliber, offering an oscillation frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and featuring 25 jewels. Its power reserve stands at 42 hours.

The Strap

Crafted in bovine leather, this timepiece features a black strap that will make a statement on your wrist. Sporting an alligator pattern that reinforces the model's classic style, it is accented with tone-on-tone stitching. Comfortable to wear, it is fitted with a grey pin buckle for a secure fit.

Water Resistance

This model offers 5 atmospheres of water resistance, or 50 m. It's designed first and foremost to look stunning and turn heads in any setting. That said, its refined appearance doesn't compromise its resilience. You can keep it on in the shower, though the Ocarat team recommends setting it gently on the edge of the sink to preserve its brilliance and integrity longer. As for swimming and scuba diving, we strongly advise against wearing this watch to avoid damage and potential repair costs.
