Nivada Grenchen is a Swiss manufacturer that got its start in the 1920s, distinguished as one of the first to produce automatic timepieces. Discover the Super Antarctic 32025A watch - a reissue of a 1950s model that accompanied members of the US Navy's Deep Freeze 1 polar expedition. It features a round case measuring 38 mm in diameter, 12 mm in thickness, and 45 mm lug-to-lug, making it an ideal fit for men's wrists. The case is crafted in 316L stainless steel, delivering a solid, durable, and comfortable wear. It showcases an alternating brushed and polished finish across its surfaces and sides, creating an eye-catching interplay of reflections that shifts with the light. The dial is protected by a double-dome sapphire crystal that guards against scratches and damage. At three o'clock, a notched, signed, and screw-down crown handles hour and minute setting. Finally, the screw-down case back, adorned with its legendary gold-tone medallion, ensures this model's 10 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

Classic and vintage in feel, the beautiful dial of this watch is a minimalist take on timeless elegance paired with cutting-edge craftsmanship. It features a matte black base that displays only the essentials for effortless timekeeping. The delicately printed minute track runs along the perimeter of the dial, accented with grey graduations for a perfect contrast. Hours 3, 6, 9, and 12 are marked by large inverted triangles, while the remaining markers appear as batons. All hour markers are coated with white Super-LumiNova. The hands are coated with white C-LUM for legibility in low-light conditions. Each hand has a distinct size and shape: the hour hand is apple-shaped with a point, the minute hand is a diver-style hand whose tip reaches the perimeter, and the seconds hand is slim, clean, and silver. Finally, the brand's signature sits just below 12 o'clock, followed by the movement type, while above 6 o'clock you'll find the collection name and jewel count.

The Movement

This model is powered by a Swiss-made Soprod P024 automatic movement. Reliable and robust, this caliber features 25 jewels, beats at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), and delivers a power reserve of 38 hours.

The Bracelet

To help you find the look that suits you best, you can choose this watch with your preferred strap via the drop-down menu. All straps feature a 20 mm lug width and 16 mm at the buckle, and fasten with a pin buckle.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. That makes it a genuinely water-resistant watch! This charming piece is ready to join you wherever water is part of the fun. From puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles water exposure without complaint - showers, baths, and lap swimming are all fair game.
