The Timepiece
Slow Watches pioneered a fundamentally different way to tell time - one that's not about being "2 minutes off." The 40mm black PVD steel case houses a single hand at center, displaying only hours and minutes. A black crown sits discreetly at 3 o'clock - or 18 o'clock on this 24-hour dial. The dial is shielded by a sapphire crystal glass, renowned for its exceptional scratch resistance and lasting protection against unsightly marks. The case back is secured by 4 screws for 10 ATM water resistance.
The Dial
This dial channels the spirit of an aviator's timepiece with its comfortable round shape and deep black background. White details stand out against the dark backdrop - Arabic numeral hour markers paired with a minute track indicating quarter-hour intervals. The central hand, the hallmark of this model, sweeps its dark structure to display hours and minutes simultaneously. No logo in sight - the brand believes a piece should be recognizable beyond its branding. Singular and elegant, this single-hand design is made for those who appreciate pure simplicity.
The Movement
Switzerland - the undisputed home of watchmaking - was the natural choice to power this Round 04. A Swiss GMT quartz caliber drives the dial's single hand.
The Strap
The pilot's aesthetic of this watch is reinforced by its leather strap. In a caramel-brown hue, this Italian calfskin leather strap is a hallmark of premium quality. With a 20mm lug width and a black pin buckle clasp, it's as functional as it is stylish.
Water Resistance
This model is water-resistant to 10 atmospheres - that's 100 meters. Built to keep up with you in the water, it handles everything from puddles to the pool without complaint. Shower, bath, and lap swimming? No problem. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want you to know that while this timepiece is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers dry during immersion.
