Description

This round medal in 750/1000 (18K) yellow gold with a satin finish represents the medal of love - a true testament to heartfelt feelings: "More than yesterday, less than tomorrow".

At the center of the "plus" sign, a brilliant-cut diamond is bezel-set, while the "minus" sign is pavé-set with two baguette-cut synthetic rubies.

The edge of the medal is polished, highlighting its design.

In 1907, Alphonse AUGIS, a Lyon-based jeweler, drew inspiration from a poem to create the "Médaille d'Amour"... He had the idea of transcribing two of its verses: "For you see, each day I love you more - today more THAN YESTERDAY, and far less THAN TOMORROW" in a figurative form, engraved exclusively in a metal worthy of the symbol: Gold.
