Laco became one of the official suppliers to the German Air Force. This Paderborn features a case measuring 42 millimeters in diameter and 13 millimeters thick. Incredibly vintage, this model stays true to the designs of the 1940s. The onion crown sits at three o'clock and handles all time adjustments on the dial. A sapphire crystal protects this retro-styled dial, treated with an anti-reflective coating to ensure comfortable reading in direct sunlight. The Dial
The background of this round dial is black with a highly attractive matte finish. Its time markers are cream-white and feature a Superluminova C3 treatment for optimal legibility day and night. The hours are placed within a ring surrounding the center of the dial and are indicated by a small sword hand sized to fit precisely within that central circle. The minutes are then indicated near the outer edge of the dial via the railroad track and Arabic numerals placed every five minutes. The seconds hand features a matte black counterweight and ticks out the rhythm of each passing second.

The Movement
Swiss manufacturer ETA creates entirely Swiss Made movements through its unique expertise. Laco partnered with this watchmaking manufacture to power the hours, minutes, and seconds functions of this Paderborn. The automatic movement, caliber ETA 2824-2, offers a power reserve of thirty-eight hours.

The Strap
A dark brown calfskin leather strap attaches to the case of this Paderborn. Two sandblasted steel rivets sit on either side of the lug (measuring 20 millimeters). The cream-white stitching on the strap adds an incredible elegance to this aeronautical watch.

Water Resistance
This model offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m.
