The Watch
AVI-8 introduces the latest addition to its military-inspired Hawker Hunter collection. The collection takes its name from the British Hawker Hunter fighter jet, which made its first flight in the 1950s. Paying tribute to that aircraft, this timepiece combines impressive performance with rugged construction. Its black stainless steel octagonal case measures 45 mm in diameter. Four screws, one at each corner of the case, reinforce its aviation-inspired look. A mineral crystal covers the dial and improves scratch resistance. The crown at 3 o'clock lets you set the time. It is flanked by two pushers, one red and one black, that operate the three subdials. A screw-down case back provides 50 meters of water resistance.

The Dial
This model features a green, round dial inspired by the Hawker Hunter cockpit. Three hands display the hours, minutes, and seconds. The yellow hour and minute hands have open centers, while the long, slender chronograph hand is red, adding a dynamic touch. The hands point to yellow baton markers, with large Arabic numerals at 12, 2, 4, and 6 o'clock designed to help pilots read the time precisely. A minute track runs around the dial on a sloped chapter ring. Three subdials sit at 3, 6, and 10 o'clock: a 24-hour counter, a 60-second counter, and a 10-minute counter, respectively. Between 5 and 6 o'clock, a date window displays white numerals on a black background. The British brand's signature appears at 8 o'clock.

The Movement
This watch has a Japanese quartz movement that powers the three central hands, the date window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and the three subdials.

The Strap
This genuine green leather strap has a distinctly vintage look. Two rows of stitching at each end, near the case, showcase the brand's craftsmanship. A pin buckle secures it around your wrist.

Water Resistance
Rated water-resistant to 50 meters, or 5 ATM, this watch can handle some water but should not be exposed to it for long periods. You can wear it in the shower occasionally, but to preserve the movement's quality and accuracy, our watch specialists strongly recommend keeping it out of the bath, pool, and ocean. Do not swim or dive with it, and avoid prolonged contact with or immersion in water.
