The Watch

Built for men, it features a resin case in black that delivers comfortable wear and outstanding durability in the most extreme conditions. It is topped by a mineral glass crystal protecting the dial. Five push-buttons are positioned on either side of the case, letting you navigate the watch's many functions - including compass, VO2max, stopwatch, alarms, and a host of other useful complications ready whenever you need them.

The Dial

A round digital display is seamlessly integrated into the case, delivering a clear and instant readout of all functions. Black in color, it features a light sensor for visibility in low-light conditions. The bezel is marked with labels identifying the purpose of each push-button. Casio also signs the bezel with its name at the top and the movement type at the bottom.

Smartphone Time

When the watch is paired with a smartphone, the time is set automatically.

When the wrist is tilted in low-light conditions, an LED automatically illuminates the dial.

Heart Rate Monitor

Heart rate is measured using a chest strap. The data is transmitted to the watch and displayed in bpm (beats per minute).

This function calculates calories burned and saves the result.

Heart Rate Target Zone Alarm

An alarm sounds as soon as a preset heart rate zone is reached.

Optical Heart Rate Measurement

An optical sensor on the back of the watch uses LEDs to measure heart rate at the wrist. The measured values are displayed on the watch.

Barometer (260 / 1,100 hPa)

A dedicated sensor measures atmospheric pressure (range: 260 / 1,100 hPa) and displays it on screen as a symbol, giving you advance insight into weather forecasts.

Thermometer (-10°C / +60°C)

A sensor measures ambient temperature and displays it in degrees Celsius (-10°C / +60°C).

Compass

A built-in direction sensor detects magnetic north.

Altimeter 10,000 m

A pressure sensor detects changes in atmospheric pressure and converts the result into an altitude reading of up to 10,000 m.

Altitude Accumulation

The Altitude Accumulation function adds up every meter gained during ascent, so you can see your total elevation gain at a glance during your hike.

Altimeter Memory

The watch features a memory that can store up to 40 altitude data blocks - depending on the model - which can be reviewed at any time. Each data block contains the recorded altitude along with the date and time of the measurement. In addition to the measured altitude, the altimeter also logs the maximum and minimum altitude of each reading.

Accelerometer

The accelerometer responds to motion and displays speed on screen. It also powers the watch's auto-rotation function, ensuring the display is always oriented correctly.

Step Counter

The watch counts the number of steps taken.

Training Program

A user-friendly app lets you manage your entire training routine - from building a workout program to tracking your goals and results. It logs step count, calorie burn, distance, and lap times, and lets you compare training sessions.

VO2max

Measures cardiorespiratory fitness - ideal for endurance training. Using heart rate and running speed, it calculates the maximum oxygen consumption per kilogram of body weight per minute (ml/kg/min). This measurement serves as a benchmark for cardiorespiratory capacity when training for running endurance or other sports.

GPS Speed and Distance Measurement

The watch uses GPS technology to measure current running speed and distance covered. All calculated data is displayed on a perfectly readable screen.

World Time Function

The world time function displays the time across 29 time zones and major cities around the world.

Stopwatch - 100 Hours

Second-precise timing: elapsed time, split time, and final time. Audible beeps confirm start and stop. Timing capacity reaches up to 100 hours.

100-Lap Memory

This memory stores dated split times, lap times, and intermediate times for later review. Each data block contains the following: date, elapsed time, lap time, and intermediate times. The memory can hold up to 100 data blocks.

5 Countdown Timers - 1/1 sec - 60 minutes (with auto-repeat function)

This model has five independent countdown timers that emit a signal when the set time elapses, then automatically restart from the pre-programmed time. Measurement capacity reaches up to 60 minutes and can be set in 1-second increments.

4 Daily Alarms

A daily audible alarm reminds you of your commitments at the set time. This model features four independent alarms so you can flexibly keep track of all your important appointments.

Vibration Alarm

The vibration alarm quietly reminds you of important appointments - no noisy beeping required.

Snooze Function

Every time you stop the alarm, it goes off again a few minutes later.

Button Beep On/Off

The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no beep sounds when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdown timers remain active after the button beep is turned off.

Incoming Email Indicator

The Movement

This watch is powered by a solar movement equipped with solar cells that provide autonomous, eco-friendly energy - backed by a rechargeable accumulator that stores surplus power. You can also charge it via the included USB charger.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. Here's a watch that can keep up with your deep-water activities! Designed for freediving, it laughs in the face of water - you can even use high-pressure cleaners with this timepiece on your wrist without a worry. Shower, bath, lap swimming, and freediving are all fair game. That said, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also be sure not to operate the crown or push-buttons while submerged, to protect the integrity of the mechanism.
