"The Watch"

French watchmaker Briston never stops surprising with its ingenious, original designs - and the 20142.SA.TS.26.NOL is no exception. From the Clubmaster Sport Acetate collection, its case is crafted in a cushion shape measuring 42 millimeters per side, in "tortoiseshell" acetate. This distinctive material gives the chronograph an unmistakable character. The olive-green dial is protected by a mineral glass crystal set atop the case. Its screwed case back ensures 10 ATM water resistance - more than enough to face the elements with confidence!

The Dial

At the heart of the case sits a stunning round olive-green dial with a sunray finish. An analog display takes center stage via two hands - one for hours and one for minutes. Both hands and the hour markers are luminescent, allowing for easy time reading in the dark. Two openings house additional sub-dials: one is a 24-hour counter while the other displays small seconds. In fact, the red-tipped seconds hand is dedicated to the tachymeter function of this timepiece, useful for timing your walking or running speed - or that of any moving object or person. At 6 o'clock, below the "Clubmaster" and "100m" inscriptions, a date window displays the date in black text on a white background. Note that this timepiece bears the signature of watchmaker Briston in a fine script beneath the 12 o'clock index.

The Movement

A quartz movement powers this chronograph watch, driving the three central hands as well as the additional sub-dial hands. Its Miyota OS21 caliber brings reliable Japanese craftsmanship to the table.

The Strap

This model features an interchangeable NATO nylon strap in olive green - a shade that evokes the sun-drenched landscapes of the Mediterranean. A silver-tone pin buckle matching the strap's rings keeps the watch securely fastened around the wrist.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - making it a genuinely water-resistant timepiece. With its sporty, easygoing style, it's ready to dive into aquatic adventures alongside you. From puddles to the pool, this watch handles water without complaint. Showers, baths, and lap swimming are all no problem. That said, our Ocarat watch experts note that while this model is water-resistant, it is not rated for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend not operating the crown or pushers while submerged.
