French watchmaker Ralf Tech has carved out its own identity over more than 24 years, guided by three core values: authenticity, experience, and independence. Ralf Tech is a human-scale manufacture driven by passionate watch enthusiasts. Their goal: to deliver technically accomplished timepieces, free from marketing's "diktat". In that spirit, the house is proud to introduce its latest creation, the WRB Original WRB 1006 watch - limited to just 100 pieces. More compact than its sibling, the WRV, it comes in a barrel-shaped case crafted entirely from 316L stainless steel. This case features a stunning satin finish, giving the watch the authentic look of a tool watch. Its 39 mm diameter sits beautifully balanced on any size men's wrist. A true dive timepiece, it sports a 120-click unidirectional rotating bezel (ISO 6425 standard) in black anodized aluminum. Its knurled finish delivers an excellent grip. The black insert is graduated over 60 minutes, with a luminescent pearl set at 12 o'clock. To set the time, a crown is positioned at 4 o'clock, and is screw-down to protect the watch from particle intrusion. On the caseback, you'll find a screw-down cover engraved with the watch's serial number.
This limited edition houses a stunning 95% matte black dial, making it incredibly versatile - equally at home in daily life or underwater exploration. The hour markers are "Arabic numerals" at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, while the remaining indices feature a "baton" design. All are crafted in Superluminova C5 luminescent material. They are complemented by a 60-minute graduated minute track running along the full outer edge of the dial and the chapter ring. Dancing above this stunning dial are 3 hands in 316L stainless steel, baton-style and fully coated in Superluminova C5 for easy night reading. At 6 o'clock, you'll find the "Automatic" designation along with a water resistance reminder. Finally, the French house signs its piece at 12 o'clock with its name and logo.
A quality caliber beats at the heart of this watch. Inside you'll find the automatic movement Ralf Tech RTA003, built on a Japanese Seiko NH35 architecture. Beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour, it delivers a pleasantly smooth sweep of the seconds hand at 6 beats per second. A generous power reserve of 41 hours is available, with the added option of manual winding. It also features a stop-seconds mechanism for precise time setting.
Crafted in black silicone, the strap on this watch is perfectly suited for both diving and everyday wear, offering comfort and durability. A pin buckle serves as the clasp. Note that a second black Zulu strap is also included.
With a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, equivalent to 200 meters, this model qualifies without hesitation as a true dive watch. Our watchmaking experts agree: while this timepiece handles showers, baths, competitive swimming, freediving, and recreational scuba diving with ease, it is not designed for extreme deep-sea diving, where pressure at extreme depths would compromise its water resistance. For professional divers pushing depth limits, we recommend models rated at 30 atmospheres or more. We also advise against operating the pushers or crown while submerged, to maintain a perfect seal.
