The Watch

Since its founding in 1946, Casio has built a reputation for exceptional quality. An iconic manufacturer, it crafts watches with distinctive designs and outstanding features - and this stunning GBM-2100A-1A2ER from the G-Shock collection is no exception. It features an octagonal case crafted from glass-fiber reinforced resin combined with stainless steel, measuring 44.50 mm wide, 49.30 mm long, and 11.90 mm thick. Light and comfortable at just 72 g, it sports a stainless steel bezel crafted through a meticulous process of forging, cutting, and polishing that adds brilliance to the overall look. Functions are controlled via 4 push buttons on either side of the case, topped by a mineral crystal. Finally, the screw-locked case back ensures water resistance of 20 ATM.

The Dial

This sports-meets-city watch features a round dial in a striking blue tone that creates a beautiful contrast with the case. It is enhanced by an applied oblong grid with a transparent print and circular finishing. Combining analog and digital display, it showcases two sword-style hands and an LED screen. The hands indicate the hours and minutes, pointing to three-dimensional baton indices and a minute railroad track around the perimeter. All treated with Neobrite coating, they remain legible even in low-light conditions. The screen gives access to all watch functions, while the window at 9 o'clock displays the day. Casio signs the dial with its name at 12 o'clock.

The day can be displayed in multiple languages of your choice.

Button Beep On/Off

The button beep can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, there is no beep when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdowns remain active after the button beep is turned off.

Hand Movement Function

This function moves the hands when they are blocking the display of the time, date, or stopwatch.

Phone Finder Function

Can't find your smartphone? Just press a button on the watch and your phone will sound an alert.

The Movement

Water Resistance

With a water resistance rating of 20 atmospheres, equivalent to 200 meters, this model qualifies without hesitation as a dive watch. Our watchmaking experts agree: while it handles showers, baths, swimming, freediving, and recreational scuba diving with ease, it is not designed for extreme deep-sea diving where pressure would exceed its limits. For professional divers taking on serious depth challenges, we recommend models rated 30 atmospheres and above. We also strongly advise against operating the push buttons or crown while in the water - your water resistance depends on it!
