Rotating and notched, it features a more angular shape and serves as a elapsed-time tracker via the minute scale on its black ceramic insert, detailed up to 15 minutes and paired with a luminescent triangular marker at the 12 o'clock position. A domed sapphire crystal sits over the dial, protecting it from shocks and scratches. Hours, minutes, and the date can be set via the notched crown positioned at 3 o'clock, designed for easy handling. This dive watch offers 20 ATM water resistance, secured by its screw-down caseback.

The Dial

Drawing from the industrial color palette of the 1960s, Oris chose a striking black for the dial of this watch. Round with a semi-matte finish, it brings a tone of elegant restraint to the overall design while ensuring clear, easy-to-read timekeeping in any conditions. A slender Lollipop seconds hand sweeps the perimeter, tracking the seconds. It's joined by two baton-style grey hands displaying the hours and minutes, their refined profile creating a more elegant, harmonious visual effect. They point to a white minute track made up of markers that encircle eleven beveled hour indices. Available in varying geometric shapes, these indices serve as hour markers and - like the hands - feature a white luminescent coating for reliable legibility in low-light conditions. A date window with white Arabic numerals on a black background sits at 6 o'clock for added functionality. The brand name is displayed just below 12 o'clock as a signature, while the watch's water resistance and collection name are noted at 6 o'clock. For an authentic finishing touch, Oris adds the "Swiss Made" label just below.

The Movement

Housed within the case, a Swiss-made automatic movement - specifically the caliber 733-1 - powers this watch, ensuring reliable timekeeping and the smooth sweep of its hands and date display. Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, equivalent to 200 meters, this model is what you'd confidently call a dive watch. Our watchmaking experts agree: while this timepiece is more than capable of handling showers, baths, lap swimming, freediving, and recreational scuba diving, it is not designed for extreme deep-sea diving where pressure would ultimately compromise its water resistance. For professional divers looking to push depth limits, we recommend models rated at 30 atmospheres or more. We also advise against operating the pushers or crown while submerged, to maintain a perfect seal at all times.
