Weighing 72 g, it is crafted in micro-blasted German submarine stainless steel, made highly scratch-resistant thanks to its TEGIMENT treatment - a proprietary surface-hardening technology. Designed for absolute wrist comfort in any situation, a grooved, screw-down crown at 4 o'clock allows you to set the hours, minutes, and date at any time. A sapphire crystal covers the dial to protect it from the shocks and scratches of daily use, with an anti-reflective treatment on both sides for clear legibility in all conditions. It is surrounded by a TEGIMENT-treated anti-scratch dive bezel to help you track elapsed time. Rotating, it features a minute track in black and red with lines and Arabic numerals and a luminescent marker at 12 o'clock. Filled with special oil, this watch operates flawlessly between -20 °C and 60 °C and withstands underwater pressure of 500 bar, secured by its screw-down case back.

The Dial

Delivering impeccable visibility of its dial and time markers, this round dial features HYDRO technology that minimizes light reflections and ensures enhanced fogging resistance. Dressed in a rich matte black finish, it brings refined understatement to the watch. At the center, two black diamond-shaped hands sweep smoothly alongside a slim red seconds hand to display hours, minutes, and seconds - even in the dark - thanks to their white luminescent coating that glows green in low-light conditions. For optimal legibility, the twelve indices around the dial also feature a white luminescent layer. These baton-style hour markers are separated every 5 minutes by a minute track marked with white lines. A date window at 3 o'clock displays white Arabic numerals on a black background. Bearing the "Made in Germany" label, the dial is signed with the brand name below 12 o'clock. Opposite, the mentions "Hydro" and "U50" appear in red.

The Movement

This watch houses a high-quality quartz movement that drives the hands and date window with smooth precision. The Ronda 715 Li caliber delivers accurate and reliable display of hours, minutes, seconds, and the date. Featuring 5 jewels and a hacking seconds device, this Swiss movement is anti-magnetic and offers approximately 10 years of autonomy via its CR 2016 lithium battery. It also includes the EOL function - an end-of-battery-life indicator.
