It features a round stainless steel case measuring 44 mm in diameter and 13.80 mm thick, with redesigned lugs that enhance its elegance. Decidedly masculine in scale, it is fitted with a sapphire crystal protecting the dial from shocks and damage, with a double anti-reflective treatment. The crown at 3 o'clock, engraved with the logo, handles adjustment of the central indicators. It features a cabochon shape for a secure grip during winding and is finished in silver for added charm. The case flanks are highlighted by vertical fluting. On the caseback, a screw-down back with a central sapphire crystal window reveals the movement within. It is also engraved with the logo and ensures 5 ATM water resistance.

Against a black background, it features the iconic 12-blade turbine - Perrelet's signature hallmark - crafted in anodized aluminum with five tungsten counterweights. As it rotates with your wrist's movement, it reveals the sub-dial beneath. This sub-dial is rendered in an erotic theme, unveiling sensual scenes in shades of gray, black, and vivid red featuring Japanese manga hentai-style characters. Inspired by passionate encounters, these illustrations reveal themselves in full during high-speed rotation of the turbine, covering the entire dial surface. At rest, the turbine acts as a "censoring" cover, making the erotic design the owner's private secret. Hours and minutes are indicated by two alpha-style hands pointing to baton indices alternating with Arabic numerals marking the even hours, while the slender red seconds hand tracks the seconds. Luminescent, these time markers are filled with white Super-LumiNova for optimal legibility even in the dark. A minute track around the dial perimeter adds further precision.
