The Watch

Citizen, a Japanese watchmaking brand celebrated for the quality of its movements, invites you to discover its latest collection: the Tsuyosa - meaning "strength" in Japanese. The watch showcases an elegant round case with a generous 40mm diameter and 11.7mm thickness in silver stainless steel with a predominantly brushed finish, topped by a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. On the right side of the case at 4 o'clock, a knurled crown lets you set the time on your automatic watch. The transparent screw-down case back ensures water resistance up to 5 ATM.

The Dial

At the center sits a round blue dial with a subtle sunray finish - at once retro and sporty, ready to keep up with your daily life. Three silver baton hands sweep across the dial to indicate hours, minutes, and seconds, accompanied by baton hour markers and a minute track for precise reading. At 3 o'clock, a white date window with magnifying lens adds a functional finishing touch.

The Movement

Powered by an automatic mechanical movement, this watch will never leave your side. The Citizen 8210 caliber runs autonomously thanks to its self-winding rotor and a 40-hour power reserve. It features 21 jewels and an oscillation frequency of 21,600 vph.

The Strap

The Tsuyosa's stainless steel bracelet features a dual brushed and polished finish that complements the case beautifully. This link bracelet fastens with a single fold-over deployment clasp.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 5 atmospheres (50 meters), this watch is a solid first step into water-resistant timekeeping. While it's not built for bathing, lap swimming, or scuba diving, you won't need to take it off in the shower. That said, our experts recommend keeping it dry to preserve the movement's precision for years to come.
