The Watch

The story of Tissot begins in 1853, when Charles Félicien Tissot and Charles Emile Tissot founded a modest watch manufactory in Le Locle, in the Swiss Jura - the cradle of Swiss watchmaking. Since then, the brand has never stopped shaping the industry with pioneering innovations while honoring its heritage. In that same spirit, Tissot is proud to introduce the Tissot PRX Quartz Mint T137.410.11.091.01. Built around a barrel-shaped case in 316L stainless steel, its balanced proportions make it a perfect fit for any men's wrist. The diameter is 40 mm and the thickness a sleek 10.40 mm. The bezel is polished, as are the edges, while the rest of the case is entirely brushed - delivering a sport-chic aesthetic that's effortlessly appealing. A flat sapphire glass faithfully protects the dial from everyday wear and impacts. The crown, smartly positioned at 3 o'clock, lets you set the time and date with ease - it's decorated with the brand's logo on top and features a ridged finish for a secure grip. Flipping the watch over, you'll find a snap-back case engraved with key technical details around its perimeter, including the serial number, reference, and water resistance rating of 10 ATM.

The Dial

This new Tissot watch features a stunning mint green dial with a vertically brushed finish. The rehaut is fully polished, with a mirror effect reflecting the dial's outer edge. The hour indices, in a baton style, are crafted in polished stainless steel with luminescent material at their center for easy reading in the dark. They are complemented by a black minute track. The hour and minute hands also feature a "baton" shape, alternating between polished and satin-finished zones for a striking effect. Like the hour indices, they too have been treated with luminescent material. A slim seconds hand sweeps the passing moments. For day-to-day convenience, a date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. At the base of the dial, you'll find the "Swiss Made" designation. Just above it, the collection name: "PRX". Finally, the Swiss Maison authenticates its watch at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

Reliability and precision define the movement beating at the core of this watch. Inside, you'll find the ETA F06.115 quartz caliber (3 jewels), entirely developed and manufactured in Switzerland, delivering a battery life of 94 months thanks to its Renata 371 battery. A stop-seconds function ensures precise time setting. This movement also features the EOL (End of Life) system, signaling a low battery by causing the seconds hand to jump in four-second intervals.

The Bracelet

This timepiece is fitted with a beautiful 316L stainless steel bracelet, seamlessly integrated into the case. Its fine links conform perfectly to the shape of your wrist for absolute comfort. The clasp is a "butterfly buckle" style, combining security and ease of use. A charming detail: it is engraved with the brand's name and founding year.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres (100 meters) - a truly water-resistant watch. Ready to join you in the water, from puddles to the pool, it handles baths, showers, and lap swimming without breaking a sweat. That said, our Ocarat watch experts note that while water-resistant, this model is not suited for diving (professional or recreational) and is sensitive to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers clear of water during submersion.
