The Watch

Originally from Davos, Switzerland, the watchmaking house Davosa, founded in 1881, brings an authentic and unique expertise to every timepiece. From the Ternos Medium collection, the 166.196.20 watch is designed to grace both men's and women's wrists. Its tonneau-shaped case in silver stainless steel and rose gold PVD, measuring 36.5 mm in diameter and 11.8 mm thick, features a unidirectional ceramic bezel with a visual countdown - ideal for your underwater dives. Indeed, this diver's watch will accompany you in style on land and underwater alike, thanks to its 20 ATM water resistance. For a clear analog display in any conditions, the three hands - hours, minutes, and seconds - are coated with a SuperLuminova luminescent treatment. The indices, also luminescent, feature geometric shapes. The 3 o'clock index is replaced by a magnified date window. A discreet minute track adds final precision to the dial. On the right side of the case, protected by it, the crown allows you to set the various time indicators. Finally, this watch features a screw-down caseback for quality water resistance up to 20 ATM.

The Dial

In an immaculate white hue, the dial of this watch reveals itself in a classic round shape. Its tone brings out gorgeous rose gold time indicators. Among them, the three hands - hours, minutes, and seconds - sit at the center. Like the round, rectangular, and triangular hour indices, they are coated with a SuperLuminova luminescent treatment, ensuring perfect legibility day or night - even in the ocean's depths. The minutes are marked by a black minute track along the dial's rim. For additional time references, the date scrolls through a magnified window at the 3 o'clock index. Below noon, the house signs its creation with its name, and in the lower portion of the dial, it inscribes the collection name, water resistance, and movement type. It also adds the mention "Swiss Made» on either side of the 6 o'clock index, a mark of authenticity.

The Movement

This watch houses an automatic movement of Swiss manufacture with a Sellita SW200 caliber. It drives the three hour, minute, and second hands with precision, and reliably displays the current date through the date window.

The Bracelet

Stainless and comfortable, the bracelet that accompanies this watch will complement any wrist shape beautifully. Its three rows of links made of steel consist of a central row in polished rose gold and two outer rows in brushed silver. It features a deployment clasp and an 18 mm lug width.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a watch that can keep up with your deep-water aquatic activities! This model is built for freediving. Water-proof and fearless, you can also use high-pressure washers while wearing this timepiece without any risk. Showering, bathing, sports swimming, and freediving are all possible. However, for scuba diving with tanks, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also be careful not to operate the crown or pushers while submerged, to preserve the integrity of the mechanism.
