The Watch

The Citizen is an iconic brand and one of the most influential names in watchmaking. It features a robust case in super titanium, offering outstanding durability, comfort, and lightness on the wrist. With a round shape, it measures 40 mm in diameter and 12.2 mm thick. The sapphire crystal above the dial has received an anti-reflective treatment for effortless time reading. The analog display is adjusted via the screw-down crown engraved with the brand's logo. The crown, like the case back, is screwed down and signed with the brand's emblem. The case back is also engraved with key watch information, including the movement, reference, and 10 ATM water resistance. This timepiece offers multiple functions: battery charge display, charge warning, overcharge prevention, shock detection, and an automatic hand correction function.

The Dial

The dial of this watch features the distinctive traditional handcrafted Japanese washi paper, with a warm and soft texture. Expressing a unique artistic charm, it is rendered in a deep indigo hue, famously known as "Japan Blue." Its luminous clarity and depth make reading the time a pleasure. The dial is fitted with two dauphine hands and baton-style hour markers, also hand-finished with a polished treatment. The chapter ring runs along the circumference of the dial and is accompanied by a highly precise minute track. All time indicators are coated with a luminescent layer for low-light visibility, displaying hours and minutes. The seconds are indicated by a slender seconds hand. The heraldic eagle, the brand's emblem, is placed above the 6 o'clock index, with the brand name positioned below 2 o'clock. Finally, a white-background date window replaces the 3 o'clock index to display the date.

The Movement

This watch is powered by the Citizen Eco-Drive A060 solar quartz movement with 23 jewels, charged by both natural and artificial light. This flagship innovation from the brand delivers an accuracy of +/-5 sec/year. With a power reserve of 7 months, it provides reliable and precise analog display. Additionally, this movement features a perpetual calendar capable of tracking the day and date while accounting for the varying 30- and 31-day cycles.

The Bracelet

One of this watch's standout features is its bracelet crafted in super titanium. Remarkably durable, lightweight, comfortable, and skin-friendly, it features an oyster-link construction with a width of 20 mm. It alternates between polished and bright finishes that give this timepiece a sport-chic aesthetic, making it the perfect companion for any occasion. It fastens with a deployant buckle engraved with the brand's logo.

Water Resistance

This model offers a water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters. This is a truly water-resistant timepiece! With its sporty character, it's ready to dive into any aquatic adventure with you. From puddles to the swimming pool, this watch can handle a good swim without complaint - showering, bathing, and recreational swimming are no problem at all. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want you to know that, while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or otherwise) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning devices. We also recommend avoiding crown or push-button operation while submerged.
