The Watch

Presented like a restored antique, the Squarematic Unique watch reveals a stunning aged effect on both the dial and the leather strap, brought to life with iridescent petroleum-blue accents. German brand Schaumburg Watch is celebrated for its meticulous handcrafted work - the stainless steel cases are notably hand-polished and hand-brushed. This model features a cushion-shaped case measuring 39 mm in diameter in silver-tone. The surface is vertically brushed with polished flanks. The gold-tone bezel surrounding the dial is also polished and thermally colored. It frames a rust-patina dial with 2 hands securely protected beneath a sapphire crystal. The crown is easy to handle thanks to its generous size and faceted profile. The case back, secured by screws, is stainless steel brushed in multiple directions - circular at the center and outward-facing on its beveled flanks. Through a transparent window, the watch's automatic movement is visible, adorned with a multicolor "petroleum"-style rotor. The watch is made in Germany at Schaumburg's own manufacture.

The Dial

The handcrafted artistry of German watchmaker Schaumburg shines through in every detail of this 2-hand dial. Round in shape, the entire surface has been given a patina that creates a "rusted metal" effect. In keeping with this aesthetic, the 4 rose gold baton indexes, applied by hand, have received a similar treatment - slightly lighter to retain a certain brilliance. At the center, two vintage beveled hands showcase "petroleum" hues, achieved through a thermal coloring process. The large "leaf"-style hand indicates the hours, while the short "pear"-style hand displays the minutes. Even the brand's gold signature has an aged appearance, seamlessly blending into the dial while preserving the spirit of this watch.

The Movement

This watch is powered by a Swiss-origin automatic movement. Specifically adapted for this watch through further modifications within Schaumburg's own manufacture, caliber SW-20A features a galvanized and rhodium-plated "petroleum"-colored rotor. It delivers a 38-hour power reserve and displays hours and minutes.

The Bracelet

The result of meticulous handcraftsmanship, this thick brown leather strap features a beautiful aged look with no stitching along its length. A gold-tone tang buckle secures the closure, and at the strap's end, the Schaumburg bird is hand-stamped into the leather.

Water Resistance

The Squarematic Unique aged-effect watch is not water resistant - keep it away from water at all times (showering, heavy rain, washing dishes, etc.).
