The Watch

Swatch is a Swiss brand founded in 1983 by Nicolas Hayek, built on a simple mission: offer the whole family ultra-affordable watches with bold colors and clean, innovative design. Introducing the latest from the brand: the Something New LB153. Dressed in black, the round case measures 25 mm in diameter and 7 mm thick, housing a matching round white dial. Three hands take center stage - two black luminescent baton hands and a silent sweep second hand - sweeping across the dial to display the hours, minutes, and seconds. Around the perimeter, a black Arabic numeral index and a luminescent minute track at each hour complete the layout. A crown on the right side of the case handles all time adjustments. A flat plexiglass crystal protects the dial from daily wear. Finally, the monocoque case gives the Something New LB153 water resistance of 3 ATM - equivalent to 30 meters.

The Dial

Blending chic and classic design, the round white dial of the Something New LB153 delivers a clean analog display. Three centrally mounted hands sweep the dial to indicate hours, minutes, and seconds - specifically two black luminescent baton hands and a silent sweep second hand. They are complemented by a black Arabic numeral index and a luminescent minute track at each hour marker. When you need to set the time, a crown on the right side of the case makes it easy. Finally, a flat plexiglass crystal sits above the dial to protect it from knocks and scratches.

The Movement

The Something New LB153 is powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement housed within its monocoque case. A battery brings the analog display to life.

The Bracelet

Integrated with the case, the strap extends naturally from both sides. Made from soft black silicone, it moves with you all day long. The Something New LB153 secures around your wrist with a black hard plastic pin buckle clasp.

Water Resistance

This watch is water-resistant to 3 atmospheres, or 30 meters. It's designed for everyday style - not water adventures! It shines at social events and receptions, but aquatic environments are definitely not its forte. It can handle rain, splashes, or dishwater just fine, but that's where it stops. We strongly advise against wearing it in the shower or bath - and even more so for swimming or diving!
