The Watch
Ocarat presents this superb timepiece from the Milus brand. This Swiss watchmaking house was born at the foot of the Jura mountains in 1919. Since its revival in 2016, the brand has continuously reinvented itself, crafting ingenious and creative pieces while honoring the legacy of its founder. A true piece of living history, Milus today presents its reissue of the iconic Snow Star. Created in the 1940s, the original accompanied the US Naval Air Force. It was among the precious items stored in special cases intended as currency in unknown territories - helping soldiers survive and gather vital intelligence. Authentic and elegant, the case is crafted from 904L steel with a mirror polish. This superalloy - used by the finest watchmaking houses - offers outstanding resistance to corrosion and impact, and is even used in the chemical and aerospace industries. The case measures 39mm in diameter, an ideal fit for a man's wrist. To best protect the dial, a domed sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating - the finest in its class - is fitted on top. At 3 o'clock, a notched silver crown allows adjustment of the hands and date window. Finally, a screwed case back delivers 30 ATM of water resistance. The watch comes in a charming case inspired by the original box, staying true to the brand's chic and authentic spirit.

The Dial
This timepiece showcases a superb dial. Staying true to the original model's lines, it features a luminous sunray black finish that reveals its depth and nuances with every movement. At its center, two silver diamond-set and rhodium-plated dauphine hands sweep through the hours and minutes. A slender seconds hand completes the trio. Hour markers take the form of refined silver bar indexes with exceptional elegance, accompanied by a minute railroad track for enhanced readability. A date window on a white background sits at the 3 o'clock position, its red typeface making it instantly legible. The brand signs its timepiece beneath the 12 o'clock index, while the collection name and movement are inscribed above the 6 o'clock index. The Movement
An exceptional timepiece calls for a superior movement. Housed within this exquisite jewelry piece is a self-winding ETA 2892A2 caliber movement (TOP), fitted with 21 jewels and offering a 42-hour power reserve. Accuracy is rated at +/- 4 seconds per day under average operating conditions.

The Strap
Staying true to its vintage aesthetic and the tradition of straps used by the US military, this watch is fitted with a khaki textile strap with a leather lining. Its tone-on-tone topstitching blends elegance with a sporty edge, perfect for day or night wear. Comfortable and supple, it wraps around your wrist perfectly, secured by a silver 904L steel pin buckle. Please note that the lug width is 20mm.

Water Resistance
This model offers water resistance to 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - a fully water-resistant watch! This stylish timepiece is ready to dive into aquatic adventures with you. From rain puddles to the swimming pool, this watch handles water without complaint. Showering, bathing, and lap swimming are no problem at all. That said, Ocarat's watchmaking experts note that while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for professional or recreational diving, and should not be exposed to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend avoiding crown or pusher operation during submersion.
