The Watch

In that spirit, the house is proud to introduce its latest creation: the OceanX Sharkmaster GMT SMS-GMT-502. This is a small revolution in watchmaking. Never before has a quality automatic GMT watch been offered at such an compelling price. Featuring a stainless steel case with a 42 mm diameter and 14.5 mm thickness, this timepiece is a perfect fit for a men's wrist. With brushed finishing on top and polished sides, the watch strikes the ideal balance between dressy and sporty. Its unidirectional bezel, also brushed, is graduated over 24h to complement the red GMT hand. Like a true luxury watch, it sports a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. A cyclops lens at 3 o'clock magnifies the date for quick and easy reading. Protected by crown guards against accidental adjustments, the screw-down crown lets you set the time and date, and wind the movement. As a nice bonus, it's knurled for a perfect grip. To wrap up this first section: the case back is screwed down, delivering water resistance of 50 ATM, or 500 meters!

The Dial

A stunning white dial was chosen for this watch. It features numerous elements, each serving a purpose. Running all the way around the dial, a black minute track delivers excellent reading precision thanks to its graduation. The index at 12 o'clock is triangular. Those at 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock are rectangular. The remaining indices are round. All of these markers are rimmed in polished stainless steel and feature a luminescent coating. The white hands are of the Mercedes type, with that iconic three-pointed hour hand. The seconds hand has a lollipop shape, with its circular running indicator - essential on a dive watch. Hard to miss, the hand indicating the second time zone is a bold vivid red! All 4 hands feature luminescent material for easy reading even at night. A date window has been cleverly integrated at 3 o'clock. At 6 o'clock, you'll find technical specifications relating to the watch, including water resistance. Finally, the watch signs this small revolution at 12 o'clock.

The Movement

The all-new Seiko NH34 GMT Japanese caliber (24 jewels) beats at the heart of this timepiece - and it's a quiet revolution: the very first quality automatic GMT movement at such an accessible price point. True to its name, it offers a second time zone complication. With 41 hours of power reserve, it'll keep up with all your adventures. Equipped with a hacking seconds feature, the ability to be manually wound, and a quick-set date, it truly has it all.

The Strap

A bold 3-link stainless steel bracelet completes this watch, delivering a striking combination of brushed and polished finishing.
