The Watch

Pequignet is a French Haute Horlogerie manufacture that has been crafting watches for over 50 years. Their exclusive expertise is more than a legacy - it shows in every piece they create. The brand is distinguished by its exceptional calibers, such as the renowned Royal caliber dedicated to innovative and elegant models. This watch from the Royale collection perfectly showcases the remarkable craftsmanship of the Peguignet manufacture. It features a round case crafted in stainless steel, with polished and satin finishes, a diameter of 41 mm, and a thickness of 11.40 mm - perfectly suited to men's wrists. A flat sapphire crystal is delicately set on the case, renowned for its scratch and shock resistance. A crown with an embossed Fleur-de-Lys logo is positioned at 3 o'clock, giving access to the watch's various functions. The caseback features a sapphire crystal display back offering a full view of the movement. This caseback is also secured by 4 screws and ensures water resistance to 50 meters.

The Dial

This sandblasted dial features an anthracite gray hue that adds a touch of elegance to this watch. At its center, two alpha hands in polished steel sweep over the baton hour markers arranged around the dial. Silver-toned, they indicate the hours with the short hand and the minutes with the long hand. The dial's edge features a minute railroad track for easy time reading. Between 3 and 5 o'clock sits the small seconds subdial, while between 7 and 9 o'clock a subdial displays the power reserve. The moon phase is shown via a subdial at 6 o'clock, while a double window displaying the day and large date sits near 12 o'clock. The brand name is printed near 12 o'clock, and the place of manufacture is inscribed toward the bottom of the dial.

The Movement

This timepiece is powered by an automatic movement with a French-made mechanism - specifically the Royal caliber, beating at 21,600 vph, which drives the hands, subdials, and date window with precision. It features a sunray oscillating weight with rhodium plating and 39 jewels to minimize friction. This watch delivers a power reserve of up to 88 hours.

The Strap

This watch is paired with a strap crafted from black alligator leather. Sturdy and comfortable, it features white stitching that completes its charming look. The strap is secured to your wrist with a silver-toned pin buckle.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, equivalent to 50 meters, this watch offers a first step into the world of water resistance.
