Finally, the screwed caseback secured by four screws ensures water resistance of 10 ATM while offering a view of the movement through its transparent sapphire crystal exhibition window.

The Dial

The case houses a stunning sapphire dial in navy blue that takes you on a voyage into the deep, offering a view of the movement through its transparent caseback. At the center, two 5N rose dauphine hands glide effortlessly to display the hours and minutes. Coated with Superluminova Phos BL485nm grade X1 in C1 white, they remain perfectly legible in both bright and low-light conditions. The seconds are swept by a slender 5N rose gold seconds hand. Around the dial, signed "Swiss Made" and "Baumatic," twelve rose indices - also treated with Superluminova Phos BL485nm grade X1 white - mark the hours. The 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions feature Roman numerals, while the remaining hours are indicated by baton markers, with the one at 3 o'clock cut short to make way for a date window. The date window displays a black background with white Arabic numerals. Finally, the brand signs the dial with its name beneath 12 o'clock, with the collection name "Riviera" inscribed opposite.

The Movement

This watch is powered by an in-house automatic Baumatic movement delivering a 120-hour power reserve. Crafted by the master watchmakers at Baume & Mercier, it is the BM13-1975A caliber that smoothly drives the hands and date window, ensuring accurate and reliable display of hours, minutes, seconds, and the date at all times. This Swiss mechanism features 21 jewels, beats at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vph), and is equipped with both the Incabloc shock protection system and a stop-seconds device.

The Strap

Easily interchangeable, the strap on this timepiece is crafted in rubber with a canvas-texture pattern that lends it a more sophisticated character. Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres (100 meters). Now that's a genuinely water-resistant watch! This stylish timepiece is ready to dive into aquatic adventures right alongside you. From puddles to the pool, this watch handles water without complaint. Showers, baths, and lap swimming are no problem at all. That said, our Ocarat watch experts want you to know that while this model is water-resistant, it is not suited for diving (professional or recreational) and is sensitive to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers dry during immersion.
