The Watch

Mido introduces its first women's skeleton watch. Inspired by the lotus flower at Singapore's ArtScience contemporary museum, Mido unveils the Rainflower Blossom. The round stainless steel 316L case measures 34 mm in diameter with a polished finish. The knurled crown at 3 o'clock lets you set the time and keep perfect accuracy. A sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective finish protects the watch and provides lasting scratch resistance. The screwed caseback shields the movement from dust and damage. The transparent caseback delivers both 3 ATM water resistance and a captivating view of the automatic movement's rotor.

The Dial

The dial is set with mother-of-pearl, casting a play of light and color as it catches the glow. The central motif - a lotus flower - is adorned with mother-of-pearl for a subtle, elegant reading of the time. Four of the flower's petals are skeletonized, offering a window-like view of the watchmaking movement beneath. At the heart of the movement, two blue skeleton hands are joined by a blue seconds hand, indicating hours, minutes, and seconds. The double-circle dial finish draws a clear boundary between the skeleton movement and the mother-of-pearl background, which frames the 12 understated hour markers. At 6 o'clock, the Mido name is displayed, with the "Swiss Made" inscription just below the index.

The Movement

An automatic movement powers this Mido timepiece. Mido has chosen to incorporate its revolutionary new Nivachron hairspring - a titanium-based alloy that delivers exceptional precision while reducing the effects of magnetic fields and providing outstanding long-term shock resistance. The Mido caliber 80.631 gives this movement a power reserve of 80 hours.

The Bracelet

Your watch features a stainless steel bracelet with a grey rice-grain link pattern that elegantly enhances the jewelry. A folding clasp completes the bracelet for secure, worry-free wear.

Water Resistance

This watch offers a water resistance of 3 atmospheres, or 30m. This model is designed for dress wear, not water adventures! It shines at social events and receptions, but aquatic environments are not its strong suit. It can handle rain, splashes, or dishwater just fine - but that's about it. We strongly advise against wearing it in the shower or bath, and even more so for swimming or diving!
