The Watch

It houses a round case measuring 41.40 mm in diameter and 13 mm thick, crafted in stainless steel with a brushed/polished finish for a striking effect on the wrist. Designed for men, it rests gently on the wrist for ultimate all-day comfort. It is topped by a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, providing optimal protection against shocks and scratches while delivering exceptional dial legibility. The crystal is surrounded by a fixed bezel in black, adding a sleek touch to the watch and serving to measure the speed of a moving object via the tachymeter scale engraved on it. A screw-down crown and two pushers are positioned on the case at 2, 3, and 4 o'clock to help you set and wind the hands, date window, and counters at any time. On the caseback, a screw-down case back ensures water resistance to 100 meters.

The Dial

A round dial in light blue sits elegantly within the case, lending the watch a timeless, understated character. It features a sunray finish paired with brushed lines for a truly distinguished look on the wrist. It adds a dynamic, fresh note to any outfit while allowing effortless time reading. At the center, two baton hands in gray sweep smoothly to display the hours and minutes. They are coated with Lumibrite for comfortable legibility in low-light conditions. A slender hand sweeps simultaneously to track the chronograph seconds, pointing to a minute track graduated in 1/5th increments around the black outer ring with white markers. Inside, twelve gray baton indices of varying sizes, also featuring a Lumibrite coating, make it easy to identify the hours at a glance. Three sub-dials are positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, displaying the 24-hour, small seconds, and 60-minute functions respectively. The sub-dial at 6 o'clock also indicates the battery charge level. Between 4 and 5 o'clock, a date window with a black background displays the date in white Arabic numerals. Finally, Seiko signs the dial with its name below 12 o'clock, accompanied by the "X" logo of the Prospex collection.

The Movement

Powering this watch is a solar movement of Japanese manufacture, bringing the timepiece to life and ensuring the smooth operation of its hands, counters, and date window. Made in Seiko's own workshops, this is the proprietary caliber V192 - renowned for its exceptional quality and flawless reliability - allowing you to read the hours, minutes, seconds, date, and chronograph complications with precise accuracy. When fully charged, the battery delivers a power reserve of 6 months.

The Bracelet

Perfectly matched to the case, a stainless steel bracelet adds a refined, modern touch to the watch, enhancing its timeless appeal. Both supple and structured, it features three rows of brushed links with polished details for a relaxed yet sophisticated look. The lug width measures 21 mm.

Water Resistance

This model offers 10-atmosphere water resistance, rated to 100 meters. Built for the water, it's ready to dive into aquatic adventures with you - from puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles it all without complaint. Showers, baths, and lap swimming are no match for it. That said, our Ocarat watchmaking experts want you to know that while water-resistant, this model is not designed for diving (professional or otherwise) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and pushers dry during submersion.
