Praesidus pays tribute to Tom Rice, a veteran of the 101st Airborne Division who participated in the D-Day Normandy landings on June 6, 1944. Founded in 2019 in New York, the brand recreated the A-11 watch lost by Rice during his parachute jump from a C-47 Skytrain. The A-11 Tom Rice watch, dubbed the "Lost Watch of D-Day", embodies the heroism and courage of the Allied troops.
