The Watch

The new Newport Heritage model from Herbelin, the French watchmaking brand, is sure to win you over. Inspired by the world of the sea, this watch is subtly brought to life by a bezel reminiscent of a porthole and its polished and brushed surfaces. The case combines a sporty and elegant look through its signature cushion shape. Crafted in 316L stainless steel, it features a thickness of 12.5 mm and a diameter of 42 mm - sitting perfectly on men's wrists for a striking analog display. A curved sapphire crystal shields the dial from shocks and scratches while enhancing legibility through rich color contrasts. On the right side of the case, you'll find a crown alongside two pushers for setting and operating the chronograph function. Finally, this timepiece features a screw-down caseback ensuring water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

Round in shape and dressed in blue, white, and red, this dial exudes a sporty yet elegant character. A double-circle finish and a sunray blue finish add a refined dimension. Three striking white subdials with Arabic numeral markers complete the look: a 10-hour counter at 12 o'clock, a 60-second counter at 6 o'clock, and a 30-minute counter at 9 o'clock. At the center, two steel-toned hands coated in white luminescent material share the space and harmonize with the baton indices. A red central seconds hand accompanies the hour and minute hands. The dial perimeter features a minute track for precise timekeeping. Finally, a date window is discreetly set within one of the subdials at the 6 o'clock position.

The Movement

Powered by a quartz movement, this watch delivers a reliable and accurate analog display. Swiss-made, this movement is a Ronda 11 ½ x 10 ½ 3540-D.

The Strap

This model comes fitted with an FKM Elastomer strap - designed exclusively for the Newport line, it offers exceptional durability, comfort, and fit. Its navy blue color pairs seamlessly with any outfit. It features a deployant clasp in steel for easy and secure fastening.

Water Resistance

With water resistance of 100 meters - or 10 ATM in watchmaking parlance - this striking timepiece transitions effortlessly from black-tie events to aquatic adventures. Feel free to wear it in the shower, the bath, or even during an intense swim session. Keep in mind, however, that our team of watchmaking experts advises that this model is not designed for scuba diving, freediving, or use with high-pressure washers. The golden rule: showers, baths, and swimming only - and never operate the pushers or crown while underwater.
