The Watch

Chic and sporty, this new Heritage model is reimagined by the watchmaking house Herbelin. Part of the Newport collection, this watch draws inspiration from the world of the sea and carries the hallmark of French craftsmanship. Its case, subtly defined by a bezel reminiscent of a porthole and polished and brushed surfaces, delivers a distinctly masculine look. With its cushion shape, the case is crafted in 316L stainless steel, measuring 12.5 mm thick and 42 mm in diameter. It is equipped with a winding crown and two pushers for adjusting the hands and operating the chronograph function. The dial is topped with a curved sapphire crystal that ensures legible timekeeping accentuated by color contrasts, while also providing daily protection against scratches and knocks. Finally, this timepiece features a screw-down caseback guaranteeing water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

The dial of this timepiece radiates a sporty yet elegant character, enhanced by a double-circle finish and a sunray finish. Blue, white, and red take center stage, creating compelling contrasts that boost legibility and visual impact. As a chronograph, the dial houses three white subdials offering 10-hour, 60-second, and 30-minute displays - positioned at 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock respectively. Luminescent baton indices run along the perimeter, complemented by a minute track for added precision - all in harmony with the hour and minute hands, which share the same luminescent treatment. A touch of red from the elegant seconds hand elevates the overall tone. Finally, a discreet date window is tucked within one of the subdials at the 6 o'clock position.

The Movement

This timepiece is brought to life by a Swiss quartz movement. A high-quality caliber, it is a Ronda 11 ½ x 10 ½ 3540-D, delivering precise timekeeping.

The Strap

The stainless steel bracelet pairs seamlessly with the case of this Newport. Crafted from Milanese mesh, it strikes the perfect balance between strength and elegance. It also features a stainless steel deployant clasp for easy and secure fastening. Its dressed yet sporty style makes it a perfect everyday companion.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, or 100 meters - making it a truly water-resistant timepiece. Ready to keep up with your aquatic adventures, it handles everything from puddles to pool sessions without complaint. Showers, baths, and competitive swimming are no problem at all. That said, our Ocarat watchmaking experts want you to know that this water-resistant model is not suitable for diving (professional or recreational) and should be kept away from high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend not operating the crown or pushers while submerged.
