Japanese brand Casio was founded in 1946 by Tadao Kashio. Starting out in calculators, the company expanded into musical instruments and highly durable, affordable watches. This stunning MTP-M305M-1AV Watch belongs to the Casio Collection. It features a rectangular stainless steel case with a polished finish in a silver tone. A flat mineral glass sits atop the case, offering a clear view of the dial. The case measures 44.50 mm in length, 34 mm in width, and 9.30 mm in thickness, with a total weight of 80 g - proportions perfectly suited to men's wrists. A crown at 3 o'clock handles hand and subdial adjustments. Finally, the case back provides water resistance up to 5 ATM.
The dial features a black background that deepens its elegance. At its center, two silver-toned hands track the hours and minutes, while a slender seconds hand sweeps continuously around the dial. They glide over the indices and Arabic numeral arranged around the dial's perimeter. Three subdials at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock complete the display, showing the date, moon phase, and day of the week respectively. At 12 o'clock, Casio signs its name as a finishing touch.
This timepiece runs on a Japanese-made quartz movement that precisely drives the hands and subdials. Powered by a battery with an estimated lifespan of around 3 years, it delivers reliable timekeeping day after day.
This model comes fitted with a strap chosen by the brand, crafted in silver-toned stainless steel. Its Milanese mesh finish completes its aesthetic while delivering optimal wrist comfort. The sliding clasp makes fastening effortless and accommodates wrist sizes from 150 to 205 mm.
