The Watch

Japanese brand Orient presents its new men's watch from the Starfish collection. The round case is crafted in brushed stainless steel, measuring 41.90 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick. The dial is protected by a sturdy mineral crystal. At three o'clock, a classic crown handles time-setting and the large date window. The caseback is screwed and transparent, giving you a clear view of the automatic movement inside. Water resistance is rated at 50 meters.

The Dial

This model features a stunning round dial in green. It offers analog display via three hands. The hour and minute hands are gold-toned with a sword shape and a luminescent coating for easy reading even in low light. The slender seconds hand is also gold-toned. All three hands sweep over a minute track along the dial's edge, accompanied by gold-toned luminescent baton indices that match the hands. Arabic numerals appear at 12 and 6 o'clock, keeping the look cohesive. A large date window at three o'clock displays both the day and date. The brand's signature appears beneath the 12 o'clock index.

The Movement

This model is powered by a Japanese-made automatic analog movement, caliber F6922, driving the three hour, minute, and seconds hands as well as the large date window. It offers a power reserve of 40 hours.

The Strap

A brown alligator-pattern leather strap completes the case. Its tone-on-tone stitching adds a refined touch to this sophisticated piece. It fastens with a simple steel pin buckle and features a lug width of 22 mm.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 5 atmospheres, or 50 m. Designed to turn heads, it's as beautiful as it is capable of handling everyday conditions. You can wear it in the shower - though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink to preserve its shine and integrity over time. As for swimming and scuba diving, we strongly advise against wearing this watch in those conditions, as doing so may cause damage and result in repair costs.
