The Watch

Founded in 1884, Victorinox is a brand celebrated not only for its watches but also for its legendary Swiss Army knives. Since 1989, it has been crafting timepieces that strike the perfect balance between elegance and performance. The brand's latest addition to this lineup is the I.N.O.X Chrono Quartz Watch - 241986, which comes housed in a barrel-shaped case crafted from robust, shock-resistant 316L stainless steel. The case measures 43 mm in diameter and features an eye-catching hexagonal bezel with alternating brushed and polished facets. The bezel incorporates a tachymeter scale along with discreetly engraved military hours on its angled surfaces. This fixed bezel frames a sapphire crystal protecting the dial from scratches, while on the right side of the case a knurled crown handles hour and minute adjustments. It is flanked by a pusher on each side, both elegantly decorated with an alox motif. Finally, the screw-down caseback with a display window showcasing the movement promises a water resistance of 20 ATM.

The Dial

The dial of this model has been thoughtfully designed to deliver effortless timekeeping in any environment. Its burgundy red base features a charming sandblasted finish that adds depth to the overall look, while all indicators are treated with a luminescent coating for easy reading in low-light conditions. The hours are marked by grey baton indexes and the minutes by a minute track running along the dial's edge. Two grey baton hands handle the analog display - the short one for hours and the long one for minutes - joined by a slender seconds hand with a counterweight echoing the brand's iconic knife design. For added precision, a central ring displays military hours from 13 to 24, while a date window sits opposite the brand's logo at 12 o'clock. Below the logo, a day window is displayed, accompanied lower down by the "Swiss Made" inscription and flanked to the right by "Antimagnetic." Finally, the chronograph function is served by sub-dials placed between 3 and 9 o'clock: the first shows small seconds, the second tracks 1/10th-second increments, and the third counts up to 30 minutes.

The Movement

All functions on this model are driven by a Swiss quartz movement - specifically the Ronda 5040.E caliber, which measures 28 mm in diameter and features 13 jewels. Powered by a 395 battery with an approximate life of 5 years, it delivers reliable, high-precision performance across all central functions.

The Strap

This watch is paired with a sleek red rubber strap fitted with a pin buckle in stainless steel. Easy to swap out and supremely comfortable on the wrist, it's the perfect complement to the watch's overall look. The lug width measures 21 mm.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 20 atmospheres, equivalent to 200 meters, this model earns the title of "dive watch" without hesitation.
