The Watch
This new timepiece from the iconic Himalaya series carries a story. Designed as a tribute to Maurice Herzog - the French mountaineer who in 1950 led the first expedition to summit a peak above 8,000 meters in the Himalayas - it combines unmatched durability with timeless vintage style. The watch delivers perfect legibility while maintaining an elegant, refined, and distinctive character. The case is crafted in polished and satin-finished stainless steel measuring 40 mm in diameter, topped with a domed sapphire crystal. A winding crown is positioned at 3 o'clock.

The Dial
The round, open-worked dial features applied silver triangular indices in relief, paired with Arabic numerals at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The central portion reveals the watch's skeleton movement.
Three blue hands indicate hours, minutes, and seconds. The minute track is printed in black along the grey outer ring of the dial. The Lip logo sits at 12 o'clock, while the inscription "Besançon France" appears at 6 o'clock.

The Movement
This exceptional timepiece runs on a Japanese Miyota 8N24 automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve, displaying hours, minutes, and seconds.

The Strap
This model comes with a dark blue crocodile-embossed leather strap secured by a stainless steel pin buckle.

Water Resistance
This model is water-resistant to 5 ATM (50 m). Stunning enough to turn heads at any occasion, its refined look doesn't compromise its ability to handle everyday wear. You can keep it on in the shower - though the Ocarat team recommends leaving it on the edge of the sink to preserve its shine and integrity longer. Swimming and scuba diving are strongly discouraged, as exposure to such conditions may damage the watch and result in repair costs.
