Lebois & Co is a watchmaking brand with a rich history and a stellar reputation built on the quality of its timepieces. It embodies the timeless elegance of traditional watchmaking, seamlessly blending heritage craftsmanship with modern innovation. With an unwavering commitment to quality and precision, every detail is meticulously considered - ensuring a legacy of excellence for watch enthusiasts worldwide. It is with great pride that the brand presents the Heritage Chronograph Watch - 324.497, crafted for men. Its design - far from coincidental - is a nod to the watch auctioned at Christie's. This beautiful model features a round case in 316L stainless steel for lasting durability. Delicately brushed and polished, it measures 39 mm in diameter, 10.50 mm in thickness, and 47.40 mm lug-to-lug. A domed sapphire crystal 3.40 mm thick sits above the dial to protect it from accidental shocks. Its anti-reflective coating ensures effortless legibility. Core functions are adjusted via the two silver push-buttons and the crown on the right side. The crown shares the same tone and features a ridged design for a confident grip. Finally, this timepiece is fitted with a screwed, engraved, transparent caseback providing 5 ATM water resistance. Its sapphire crystal opening lets you admire the movement's intricate mechanics.
This dial adds a stunning dimension to this timepiece. Beautifully composed, it reveals a silver background enhanced by a subtle sandblasted finish. Its bezel hosts three tricolor scales that clearly distinguish each function. The first, in black, marks the tachymeter; the second, in red, indicates the telemeter. The third is a minute track in blue, accompanied by black Arabic numerals serving as hour markers. Together, they are swept by three centrally mounted hands. These two-tone hands distinguish the seconds of the chronograph function via a slender black seconds hand, while the hours and minutes are marked by the other two blue-toned hands. They are joined by two additional sub-dials displaying the 30-minute and small seconds functions at 3 and 9 o'clock respectively. At the bottom, 6 o'clock bears the country of manufacture, while higher up the "antimagnetic" indication appears. The brand signs the dial with its name below 12 o'clock.
This timepiece is powered by a Swiss-made automatic movement. Specifically, the LC-450 caliber from La Joux-Perret manufacture. Robust and reliable, this mechanism beats at a frequency of 28,800 Alt/h, or 4 Hz, and is fitted with 24 jewels. It is anti-magnetic, resistant to vibrations, and delivers a power reserve of 60 hours.
This captivating strap adds a refined touch to your wrist. Crafted from bovine leather with a suede finish for a polished look, it sports a rich anthracite black tone that pairs with any accessory. Supple yet sturdy, it ensures comfortable everyday wear. It features a 20 mm lug width and is fitted with an 18 mm gray pin buckle for easy fastening.
With a water resistance of 50 meters - or 5 ATM in watchmaking terms - this timepiece handles the occasional splash with ease, but prefers to stay out of prolonged water contact. You can wear it in the shower every now and then, but to preserve the precision and quality of the movement, our watch specialists strongly recommend keeping it away from baths, pools, and the sea. In short: no swimming, no diving, and no extended immersion.
