Grey Watch Excellent 18847/1

The Watch

Today, Lotus invites you to discover the 18847/1 watch from the Excellent collection. It is equipped with an octagonal case in 316L stainless steel with a diameter of 41.80 mm and a thickness of 11.20 mm, shaped to follow the curves of a men's wrist. Topped by a steel bezel, the dial inside is shielded from shocks and scratches by a mineral crystal. Fixed to the right side of the case, a crown is flanked by two pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock. Finally, the case back ensures 5 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

This round dial features a finish with a small square pattern. In silver, the center remains understated with grey markers, except for the minute railroad track, which is rendered in black. Two large hands and a seconds hand sweep around rectangular hour markers and the minute railroad track to display the time. The dial houses three counters at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The counter at 3 o'clock shows the time in 24h format. Those at 6 and 9 o'clock totalize elapsed minutes and seconds during chronograph use.
To ensure full legibility even in low-light conditions, the markers and hour and minute hands are coated with a luminescent material. Finally, Lotus signs the watch beneath the 12 o'clock Arabic numeral index, and a date window is positioned between 4 and 5 o'clock.

The Movement

Inside the case sits a quartz movement. This Miyota-branded movement is renowned for its precision and reliability, faithfully driving the hands and central counters.

The Strap

Matching the rest of the watch, a grey steel bracelet completes the look. Highly comfortable to wear, it measures 22 mm wide and features a deployment clasp that's easy to use.

Water Resistance

With water resistance of 50 meters - 5 ATM in common watchmaking parlance - this timepiece handles moisture without breaking a sweat, but isn't built for extended water contact. You can get away with an occasional shower, but to preserve the accuracy and longevity of the movement, our watch specialists strongly advise keeping it away from H₂O in the bath, pool, or sea. In short: no swimming, no diving, and no prolonged contact or submersion.
