Elka Watch Co. is a watchmaking manufacture founded by Hakim El Kadiri. Born from its creator's passion for elegant, high-performing, and classic timepieces, the brand is dedicated to crafting models inspired by the 1960s. This magnificent X15W Watch is a prime example - masterfully reviving the iconic designs of the historic Dutch brand Elka Watch. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, it features a 316l stainless steel case with a diameter of 40.80 mm, a thickness of 10.80 mm, and a lug-to-lug length of 46.50 mm. Masculine and urban, its structured, worked lines set you apart in the best possible way, thanks to its striking brushed and polished finishes. It features a chevé-type sapphire crystal that is scratch-resistant on one face, protecting the dial from shocks and scratches that could compromise its aesthetics. An anti-reflective treatment ensures optimal legibility of all watch functions from every angle. The knurled crown at 3 o'clock handles hand-setting and provides a solid grip, while the screwed-in case back guarantees water resistance of 3 ATM.

The Dial

This model features a beautiful round dial in a rich khaki green tone that deepens its refined character. With a minimalist, understated style, it strikes the perfect balance between elegance and essential watchmaking functions. Time is displayed via Arabic numerals and two leaf-shaped hands marking the hours and minutes - both treated with white Superluminova for legibility in low-light environments. A seconds hand in white completes the trio for the seconds countdown. The bezel features a minute track with elegant white graduation marks and triangular hour markers. Finally, the brand places its name at 12 o'clock and includes the "Swiss Made" label at the bottom of the dial.

The Movement

At the heart of this superb timepiece beats a Swiss-made automatic movement - the La Joux Perret G100 caliber - which drives the hour, minute, and seconds hands with fluid precision. It oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers an impressive power reserve of 68 hours. It also features a stop-seconds function for effortless time-setting.

The Strap

For even more elegance and comfort, this model comes with your choice of three straps. Each strap measures 20.00 mm in width and fastens with a pin buckle of 18.00 mm for secure, worry-free wear.

The first NATO strap features a grooved texture and a beige color that complements the dial perfectly. You'll love how supple it feels and how great it looks on your wrist for a complete modern aesthetic.

Water Resistance

With water resistance of 30 meters, - or 3 atmospheres in watchmaking terms - this watch is decidedly not a water lover. Water is the worst enemy of its delicate mechanism, and our team strongly recommends keeping it dry. You can wear it in the rain or while doing the dishes, but don't take it in the shower, the bath, the pool, or anywhere near the ocean floor - it clearly prefers staying dry!
