The Brand

ELKA is a watchmaker whose story began in 1877 in the Netherlands before finding new life at the heart of Swiss watchmaking. Once associated with Queen Juliana and several leading watch manufacturers, the brand was revived in 2022 by designer Hakim El Kadiri. Based in Neuchâtel, ELKA now creates Swiss watches inspired by the free-spirited, creative energy of the 1960s. Balancing function, organic forms, and minimalist aesthetics, each model aims to connect emotionally with its wearer. The brand sums up this vision in its signature phrase: “Form Follows Feeling.”

The Watch

The watch from the Elka S Series x Loch Lãt collection features a round case in 316L stainless steel, combining strength with timeless elegance. Its carefully brushed and satin-finished matte surface gives it an understated, refined look. Measuring 41 mm long, 36 mm in diameter, and 10.5 mm thick, it balances comfort and style on the wrist. The screw-down case back helps protect against water and dust intrusion, supporting the longevity of this Swiss timepiece.

The Dial

This watch's dial is a visual standout. Its smoked finish creates a sense of depth, evoking the subtle shades of morning mist. Gray and orange tones come together for a captivating, modern look. The Movement

At the heart of this watch is an automatic movement from renowned Swiss manufacturer La Joux Perret: the La Joux-Perret G101. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, it delivers precise timekeeping. Its 68-hour power reserve lets you set the watch aside for several days while it continues to run. The hacking seconds function makes precise time-setting easier. The Strap

This timepiece's bracelet is made of stainless steel for a modern, durable look. Its versatile gray color complements the watch. Water Resistance
