The Watch

Inspired by motorsports, each model perfectly blends smart functionality, innovative technology, and a sporty yet refined design. The Casio Edifice ECB-950DB-1AEF can be solar-charged and controlled via Bluetooth or Smart Access. Wearing a Casio Edifice means carrying a true piece of innovation on your wrist. All functions are housed in an octagonal stainless steel case 48 mm wide, with a lug-to-lug width of 51.2 mm. Despite its feature-packed design, this timepiece measures just 13.9 mm thick and weighs 162 grams. The ion-plated bezel features a tachymeter scale with Arabic numerals and no graduation marks. Unlike many multi-function watches, this Casio Edifice uses just 4 push-buttons to handle multiple operations, while a single crown sits on the right side, flanked by two protectors. The dial remains perfectly legible through the mineral glass crystal, while the case back delivers 10 ATM water resistance.

The Dial

With all its features, it's only natural that the dial is busy - but also brilliantly lit for easy readability. The carbon black dial presents information clearly via a fully automatic LED light that illuminates with a simple wrist tilt for visibility at night. The baton hour indices and two sword-shaped hands feature a fluorescent coating that keeps glowing in the dark. The seconds hand, however, is finished in blue. On the dial, you'll notice several indicators, including three sub-dials - the largest, positioned near 4 o'clock, serves as a speed indicator. The collection name appears at 2 o'clock, while the other indicators represent additional functions.

Bluetooth® Smart

The watch is equipped with energy-efficient Bluetooth® technology, enabling instant data exchange at the press of a button. The Bluetooth® function wirelessly connects the watch to a smartphone, unlocking a wide range of practical features.

Smartphone time

When the watch is paired with a smartphone, the time is set automatically and displays the current time anywhere in the world.

World time function

The world time function displays the time across 29 time zones and major cities worldwide.

Stopwatch function - 1/1000 sec - 24 hours

Elapsed time, split times, and total time are measured to 1/1000th of a second, up to a maximum of 24 hours.

200-lap memory

This memory stores dated lap times, split times, and elapsed times for later review. Each data block contains the following information: date, elapsed time, lap time, and split times. The memory can hold up to 200 data blocks.

Countdown timers - 1/1 sec - 24 hours

Built for precision lovers: countdown timers remind you of important or recurring events by sounding an audible alert at the set date and time. The countdown can be programmed in seconds, up to 24 hours in advance.

5 multi-function alarms, hourly time signal

This model features 5 independent multi-function alarms, including a wake-up alarm. Whatever your schedule, there's an alarm to match. Four repeating alarm types are available: 1. A daily alarm that triggers at the same time every day. 2. A date alarm so you never miss a birthday or anniversary. 3. A monthly alarm that triggers on the same day and time every month. 4. An alarm for every day of a specific month.

Speed display

You can calculate average speed over a set distance. Simply enter the distance, then start and stop the stopwatch at the beginning and end of the run - the average speed is displayed on screen.

Hand shift function

This function allows you to move the hands when they obstruct the time, date, or stopwatch display.

Find my phone function

Misplaced your smartphone? Just press one of the watch buttons to trigger an alert on your phone.

Key tone on/off

The key tone can be turned off using the mode button. Once disabled, no beep will sound when switching between functions. However, any programmed alarms or countdown timers remain active after the key tone is turned off.

Automatic calendar

Once programmed, the automatic calendar always displays the correct date.

12/24-hour time format

You can display the time in either 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Battery level indicator

Displays the current battery level.

The Movement

The Bracelet

This Edifice watch comes with a stainless steel bracelet that is both sturdy and elegant. It fastens with a dedicated safety clasp that prevents accidental opening.

Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance of 10 atmospheres, equivalent to 100 meters. This is a fully water-resistant watch! Ready to take the plunge - from puddles to the pool, this timepiece handles water without complaint. Showering, bathing, and lap swimming are no problem. That said, our Ocarat watchmaking experts note that while this model is water-resistant, it is not designed for diving (professional or recreational) and should not be exposed to high-pressure cleaning equipment. We also recommend keeping the crown and push-buttons clear of water during submersion.
