The Watch

With a worldwide reputation, the watchmaking house Le Jour has consistently pushed boundaries, evolving with the trends through collections of modern, sporty timepieces with a forward-looking design and a vintage edge. It now unveils its LJ-CM-007 model - an elegant watch with timeless charm. With its retro-modern design and captivating lines, it brings a masculine, chic touch that elevates any look. Corrosion-resistant, its tonneau case is crafted in 316L stainless steel, measuring 42 mm in diameter and 51 mm in length with a 17 mm thickness. With polished chamfered edges, it reveals a brushed and satin finish that adds a subtle, luminous quality. It is enhanced by a fixed black IP-plated bezel engraved with a tachymeter scale for speed measurement, surrounding a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Its anti-reflective treatment ensures impeccable legibility and protects the dial from everyday shocks and scratches. On the case middle, a screw-down crown at 3 o'clock handles manual adjustment of the hands, date, and day - assisted by two pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock for operating the chronograph counters. A pit-stop racing car motif is engraved on the caseback, giving this watch a distinctive, authentic touch. This timepiece is water-resistant to 200 meters thanks to its screw-down transparent caseback.

The Dial

With timeless elegance, this stunning round dial is sure to turn heads. Its sumptuous black tone gives the watch a refined, understated look that effortlessly complements any outfit, every day. The matte background is swept by two baton hands marking the hours and minutes, joined by a slimmer third hand - the sweep seconds hand. Hour markers take the form of baton indices. The 3 o'clock index gives way to a dual day-date window. A minute track runs around the outer edge, framing the indices and enriching the time-reading experience. The hour, minute hands, and indices are coated with Super-LumiNova C3 treatment, keeping you oriented even in complete darkness. The watch also features a chronograph function via three white sub-dials positioned at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, offering 12-hour, 60-second, and 30-minute counters respectively. Finally, Le Jour places the "Swiss Made" designation beneath the 12 o'clock counter and displays its name and movement type at 3 o'clock.

The Movement

This timepiece is driven by a Swiss automatic chronograph movement. Manufactured by Sellita, the chosen SW500 caliber was selected for its outstanding efficiency and uncompromising quality. It ensures the smooth operation of the hands, counters, and date window, delivering precise and reliable timekeeping in every situation.

The Bracelet

To bring out its classic character with that signature touch of subtle modernity, this watch is fitted with an elegant 316L stainless steel bracelet. Water Resistance

This model offers water resistance up to 20 atmospheres, or 200 meters. A true companion for deep-water aquatic activities - this watch is built for freediving. No need to worry about water: you can even use high-pressure washers with this timepiece on your wrist. Showering, bathing, swimming, and freediving are all fair game. For scuba diving with tanks, however, we recommend a timepiece with a higher water resistance rating. Also, avoid operating the crown or pushers while submerged to preserve the integrity of the mechanism.
