The Watch

Pequignet is a French fine watchmaking manufacture that has been designing and crafting technically refined, highly reliable watches for decades. The Concorde collection launches Pequignet into a new era - dedicated to celebrating its 50th anniversary, it unites proven expertise with bold reinvention. The Concorde Champagne 9040423 watch features a square-shaped case with rounded edges, crafted in 316L stainless steel. To add a touch of brilliance, the case edges are polished, framed by a satin finish. With a diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 9.25 mm, it's a perfect fit for men's wrists. The case is topped with a highly scratch-resistant flat sapphire crystal that protects the dial from scratches and everyday impacts. The grey crown at 3 o'clock is engraved with the raised "Fleur de Lys" logo and gives you control over the watch's functions. The case back, secured by 6 screws, features a sapphire crystal exhibition window offering a view of the movement while maintaining water resistance of 10 ATM.

The Dial

The dial on this model is sure to captivate with its yellow gold tone and round shape. It features yellow gold 4N gold-plated baton hour markers complemented by a black minute railway track. For easy timekeeping, they are indicated by two skeleton hands also yellow gold 4N plated, displaying the hours and minutes. These hands feature a SuperLuminova TC1 treatment for excellent legibility even in low-light conditions. For added functionality, a rectangular date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. The dial is finished with the brand name placed beneath the doubled index at 12 o'clock and the country of origin at the opposite side.

The Movement

The Concorde is powered by an automatic movement featuring an openworked oscillating weight with a blued finish and a raised "Fleur-de-Lys" logo. This French-made caliber is the proprietary Initial Caliber with bidirectional winding, designed by Pequignet. It beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and features a stop-seconds mechanism. The movement includes 21 jewels to reduce friction and delivers a power reserve of 65 hours.

The Strap

This exceptional watch comes fitted with a bracelet crafted in 316L stainless steel. It features a silver tone with an elegant satin finish. Its distinctive design is sure to make your wrist stand out. The bracelet fastens with a folding clasp.

Water Resistance

With 100-meter water resistance - that's 10 ATM in the language of watchmaking - this boldly styled timepiece transitions seamlessly from black-tie events to the water. Feel free to wear it in the shower, the bath, or even during an energetic swim. That said, our watchmaking experts want to be clear: this model is not designed for scuba diving (freediving or tank), nor for use with high-pressure cleaning equipment. Keep it simple - shower, bath, and swimming only, and never operate the pushers or crown while submerged.
