Briston Clubmaster Sport Acetate Matte Black Chronograph Watch

The Watch
Blacked out from head to toe, this sleek timepiece gets its adventurous edge from a NATO strap. This chronograph watch features a cushion-shaped case crafted from black cellulose acetate, manufactured in Italy, hand-polished to a matte finish, and measuring 42 x 42mm. A great fit for men's wrists, it can also be worn by women looking for an oversized style. Three buttons punctuate the case: a screw-down crown engraved with the brand's crest at 3 o'clock, and two pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock - all in matte black PVD-treated 316L stainless steel. A round bezel with the same finish surrounds a 2.3mm domed mineral glass crystal.

The Dial
A matte black dial hosts three hands: the hour and minute hands are matte black PVD baton-style with sandy beige inserts, while the seconds hand is beige lacquered with a red tip. Skeletonized indexes in matte black PVD-treated stainless steel ring the dial. There is no minute track, but a tachymeter scale runs along the outer edge to measure the speed of a moving object. A date window in black numerals on a white background sits at 6 o'clock, with "Clubmaster" and the water resistance rating of 100m printed above. The chronograph dial features a 60-minute counter at 9 o'clock and a 24-hour counter at 3 o'clock - both in black with beige indexes and hands. The brand name, Briston, appears beneath the 12 o'clock index.

The Movement
This timepiece is powered by a Japanese-made quartz Miyota OS21 movement, offering hours, minutes, seconds, 24-hour, 60-second, chronograph, and date functions.

The Strap
A black NATO strap perfectly in tune with the watch's bold aesthetic adds a rugged, military-inspired edge. Worth noting: NATO straps - short for North Atlantic Treaty Organization - have genuine military roots. They were originally commissioned by the British Ministry of Defence in the 1960s to withstand the demands of military life. Measuring 280mm in length with a 20mm lug width, this strap is both interchangeable and water-resistant. The keepers and pin buckle are crafted from 316L stainless steel with a matte black PVD treatment.

Water Resistance
At 10 atmospheres - 100 meters of water resistance - this watch earns its "waterproof" credentials. Built for the bath, shower, or active swim, it's not suited for diving (recreational or professional) or high-pressure water cleaning. One important note: the Ocarat watch team recommends keeping the crown and pushers untouched during any water activity to protect the seal and the movement's integrity.
