The Watch

Founded in 1988, Frédérique Constant is an innovative and creative watchmaking Maison that quickly gained recognition for the quality of its creations and its ability to push boundaries with each new collection. The brand is expanding its lineup with the launch of the Classics Power Reserve Big Date Manufacture Watch FC-735S3H6. It comes housed in a round case in stainless steel, whose refined polished finish gives it a supremely elegant look. Perfectly proportioned for a man's wrist, it measures 40 mm in diameter with a thickness of 12.20 mm. Time-setting is handled via a grooved onion crown at 3 o'clock, offering a comfortable grip and blending seamlessly with the case in its grey tone. The case surface is protected by a slightly domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment, providing optimal dial visibility and scratch resistance. For an extra touch of distinction, the Maison chose a screw-down case back with a transparent display window for an impressive view of the movement. This case back provides a water resistance of 5 ATM.

The Dial

The dial of this watch is a masterwork of style and performance. It features a silver base with a stunning sunray finish, adorned with applied, faceted indexes that lend a polished, refined look. These are in perfect harmony with the two silver alpha hands that reliably display the hours and minutes, accompanied by a slender seconds hand. For added functionality, the dial houses a big date window, a moon phase display, and a power reserve indicator. The brand's signature is printed in black beneath 12 o'clock.

The Movement

Frédérique Constant has equipped this model with its new in-house FC-735 caliber - an automatic movement featuring 32 jewels, operating at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vph) with a power reserve of up to 50 hours. Highly capable, this caliber drives the central functions with outstanding efficiency.

The Strap

This watch is fitted with a premium strap that accentuates the elegance of this timepiece. Crafted in blue alligator leather with beautiful stitching and a deployment clasp, it offers exceptional comfort. At the lug, it measures 20 mm wide, tapering to 18 mm at the buckle, with an overall length of 75 x 115 mm.

Water Resistance

With a water resistance of 5 atmospheres, equivalent to 50 meters, this watch offers solid everyday protection. While it's not designed for bathing, lap swimming, or diving, you can safely forget to take it off in the shower. That said, our experts recommend keeping this timepiece dry whenever possible to preserve its movement for years to come.
